Circulating the new media right now is the recently released Global Impunity survey ranking the Philippines as the worse in impunity. This is now being used by the Dilawan nut-jobs to support their worldview that Duterte is destroying the country.
The headline certainly sounds like it and the Philippine media is reporting it as such clearly without reading the report in full. A lot of Dilawan nut-jobs are eating the propaganda headlines again without critical thinking. The fucking report is only 45 pages long and you idiots do not have the patience to read it for yourself!?!
Yes, the report does rank the Philippines as worse for impunity but it is not a measure of actual impunity in 2017 or even during the Duterte administration. If you read the report clearly – especially in the methodology it becomes clear that the rankings are based on data from 2012-2014!
What does this mean? When the report said the Philippines has issues in its justice system and human rights, this conclusion is based on data collected from 2012-2014! Who was the fucking president then!?!
You don’t believe me? Read the fucking material! Here is an excerpt!
2.3. Construction of the GII-2017 Statistic ModelThis edition contains updated information for all variables and we used the average value of the data available for the time period 2012-2014. This means that when there is available information only for one year, the variable takes the value of that year, and when information is available for the three years the value equals the average of those three years. Additionally, to increase the number of coun- tries included in the GII, we obtained the outstanding indicators from the o cial websites of some countries, as well as international databases. This allowed completing the information for Australia, Belgium, Bolivia, The United States of America, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Peru, Dominican Republic, Sweden, Ukraine, Uruguay and Venezuela. Once we had a more complete database, we chose those countries that had information available for at least seven out of the twelve variables to calculate the GII, resulting in 69 countries overall.
And here is the link to the full report.
The report also mentioned two sources of the information it used to integrate structural and functional dimensions of their impunity model. The datasets they used are accessible through the links below:

Both those databases only have data until 2014! The report is not titled correctly – it should be titled as Global Impunity Index in 2014. How the mainstream media did not catch this is unbelievable. These lazy fucks are worthless and same is true to the Dilawan nut-jobs.
This is the problem with today’s journalism. It is full of bombastic headlines with very little reporting and research. Adding to the problem is the fact that most readers are lazy fucks who do not bother to do the research for themselves and make up their own minds!
