In a very interesting turn of event, a garbage collector in Mandaluyong City found 60 envelopes containing election paraphernalia including election returns with votes for Duterte for President and Marcos for Vice President.. There is no clear explanation as to why these documents were thrown out but it does fuel more speculation that someone was cheated in the election.
This is a developing story we all have to watch.
