A certain PO1 Vincent Tacorda submitted an affidavit recently claiming to have been ordered to kill innocent civilians by his superiors in the PNP. He even gave an interview to the media recanting his “sins” and claiming his reformation.
When you look at his Facebook page (link here) and look at what Facebook groups he follows, you will notice that he is a member of Democratic Warriors. A very vitriolic anti-Duterte page.

Spending a few minutes reading through the comments in the page you will notice that it has a few trolls egging on its gullible followers. The fact that Tacorda was a member of the page shows his bias against Duterte which makes me suspect his motives for making up his story about being ordered to kill innocent civilians. It is very easy to see how he may have been used by the Liberal party propaganda machinery to be used as a political pawn.
